Service Design is a broad, interdisciplinary field that moves beyond the singular interaction point to encompass the entirety of the user and customer experience across multiple touchpoints, channels, and systems. To execute successful service transformations, practitioners must integrate a diverse and essential skill set.

Within the context of this module, I have successfully acquired the comprehensive skill set necessary for leveraging the power of Fusion 360's integrated tools. This allows me to seamlessly transition from initial concept sketching to complex 3D modeling and prototyping, specifically targeting the development of ergonomic products where I apply critical analysis to implement meaningful design enhancements and creative solutions.

In this module, I gained hands-on proficiency in AUTOCAD 360, applying technical skills to real-world design challenges. Key projects included the comprehensive interior redesign of an HDB unit, where I analyzed client needs to develop detailed floorplans and high-quality rendering designs. Additionally, I undertook a large-scale project to conceptualize and design an entire recreation site, which required creating complex floorplans for both accommodation and service support pods.
